ALABAMA POWER CO

1-800-245-2244. 8:15am - 4:45pm Monday through Friday or call 1-800-245-2244 toll free 24/7. You must call to establish service. If the power is already on at your residence, you must still contact the power company to prevent billing of the previous occupant's usage  to your account.  OCA cannot eliminate the $40 connection fee.  Deposit without OCA is $150.00.

ALABAMA GAS CORP

8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  You must call to establish service. You may have to make arrangements for someone to be present at turn on.  Deposit without OCA is $100. 


BELLSOUTH

1-888-757-6500 (from a BellSouth phone) or 1-800-753-3320 (from a non-BellSouth phone).   You must call their toll-free number to tell them you are an OCA member and are ready for service. They will give you your new telephone number and turn-on date at this time. Then you must contact OCA with your telephone number for verification. OCA cannot eliminate the $40 installation fee or $8 name change fee.  Deposit without OCA is $100.
